We offer:

  • Monthly in-person meetings for local candidates (paid travel time).
  • Opportunities to work with credit unions and community banks nationwide.
  • A team culture grounded in integrity, clarity, and professional growth.
  • 3% 401(k) match after probationary period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed cash flow modeling, including global cash flow, DSCR, sensitivity analysis, and guarantor-level evaluations.
  • Prepare structured loan presentations and credit memorandums summarizing strengths, weaknesses, and overall risk.
  • Review property appraisals, rent rolls, and operating statements to confirm valuation accuracy and collateral performance.
  • Evaluate market conditions, comparable properties, and key trends affecting credit decisions.
  • Support senior credit staff with loan structuring, due diligence, and data validation.

  • 2+ years of experience in commercial credit analysis, underwriting, or loan review preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in cash flow analysis and financial modeling, including global cash flow for multi-entity borrowers.
  • Solid understanding of financial statements, commercial real estate lending, and credit risk principles.
