• Conduct audits of complex accounts to ensure accuracy of policy classifications and premium calculations
• Interview insured clients to gather information on operations and assess risk
• Analyze client's operations and accounting records to prepare for audits
• Communicate audit findings and financial conditions to agents and underwriting teams
• Train and guide less experienced audit staff on policy classifications and premium basis development

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in accounting or finance, or equivalent
• Minimum of five years of related work experience
• Experience with ISO, NCCI & Independent Bureau States, including California WCIRB
• Solid knowledge of corporate auditing practices and the insurance industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting systems

• Advanced degree or professional designations
• PAAS Certification
• Strong project management, organizing, and planning skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to travel as needed
