Tax Senior - Partner - PCS Group

Our client is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to provide strategic tax guidance and compliance support to high-net-worth individuals and family offices. This role is responsible for overseeing and reviewing complex individual, trust, partnership, gift, and estate tax filings, interpreting evolving tax regulations, and ensuring full compliance with applicable laws. The Tax Manager will play a key role in developing tax-efficient strategies, managing client relationships, and leading a team of tax professionals.

This is a hybrid position offering a balance of in-office and remote work.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients.
• Review complex tax filings for individuals, trusts, family investment partnerships, private foundations, estates and gift taxes.
• Understand clients' financial goals, assets, and investment portfolios.
• Provide personalized tax planning and advisory services tailored to individual client needs.
• Communicate complex tax concepts in an understandable manner to clients.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' financial situations to identify tax planning opportunities.
• Develop and implement tax-efficient strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities.

• 3+ years of experience in tax consulting, preferably with a focus on high-net-worth clients.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field. A Master’s degree or CPA certification is a plus.
