• Ensure seamless operation of the Human Interest 401(k) plan and compliance with SLAs and regulatory guidelines
• Execute outgoing operational transactions for client 401(k) requests under high-pressure circumstances
• Partner with front-office teams to address employee inquiries regarding the 401(k) plan
• Identify and implement process efficiencies to enhance 401(k) servicing
• Serve as a resource for the Financial Operations team in operational processing and business analysis

• 2+ years of experience in 401(k) money movement or operational roles
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced Excel proficiency

• Experience in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of task ownership
• Ability to identify and communicate process improvements
• Team player attitude with a desire to participate in a highly engaged team
