• Support the FP&A team by preparing monthly forecasts, annual budget planning, and monthly financial close
• Conduct financial analysis to influence strategic decision-making and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Prepare and validate content for monthly financial presentations to the Investor Group
• Analyze monthly actuals against budget, forecast, and prior year for revenue and operating expenses
• Drive enhancements in financial reporting and assist with acquisition integration requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 4+ years of accounting experience in a fast-paced, growth environment
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and ability to analyze financial data
• Proficient in Excel, with strong modeling skills and data analytic capabilities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a self-starter attitude

• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven with the ability to multi-task effectively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a desire to learn and grow
• Ability to perform well in a team environment and manage shifting priorities
