Position Summary

The Financial Analyst will support the core FP&A team by assisting with key weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial deliverables. This role partners closely with the FP&A Manager to support forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting, while working cross-functionally with business leaders and department stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include supporting the weekly reporting process by preparing analytical workbooks, coordinating inputs and commentary from business partners, and assisting with the development of presentation materials. The analyst will also help build weekly and monthly forecasts, support variance analysis, and contribute to the annual budget and long-range planning processes.

This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments to ensure timely, accurate financial insights that support business decision-making.

Responsibilities
  • Preparation of weekly and monthly reports
  • Financial modeling and report building
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Assist in the preparation of Board of Directors presentations
  • Ad-hoc financial analysis based on the needs of the business
Requirements

Working Relationships
:

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum Experience: 2 years in a corporate finance or FP&A role

Preferred Experience: 2 years in a retail environment

Licenses/Certifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge of Hyperion PBCS, Oracle or ERP/EPM platforms a plus, Expertise in financial modeling

Monday – Friday, 8 hour days in office setting, ability to work from home in approved hybrid schedule
