Forest Park Capital is seeking experienced Investment Advisors who are ready to transition their practice to an independent RIA platform. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in St. Charles, MO, with flexibility for partial remote work.

This role is designed for advisors who currently manage a book of business and are willing to bring a minimum of $15 million in client assets to Forest Park Capital, custodian through Charles Schwab.

• Transition and manage an existing book of client relationships within a fiduciary, fee-based RIA model
• Leverage para-planner support for financial plan preparation, analysis, and implementation
• Collaborate with in-house portfolio management for investment design, monitoring, and rebalancing
• Deliver comprehensive financial planning and customized investment strategies
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for clients, focusing on long-term planning and outcomes
• Identify client goals, priorities, and evolving needs to deliver tailored solutions
• Participate in the growth and culture of a boutique advisory firm
• Advisors currently at wirehouses, banks, or large broker-dealers seeking greater independence
• Professionals frustrated by sales quotas, product pressure, or limited flexibility
