Your ResponsibilitiesIn this high‑impact role, you will act as a key expert for accounting and reporting across the German entity:
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under HGB and IFRS, including group reporting.
- Coordinate the preparation of local tax returns with the tax team.
- Serve as the primary contact for all accounting, reporting, and tax‑related topics.
- Lead the setup and integration of ZAG reporting and support the launch of an insurance‑related business line.
- Prepare process documentation for group reporting (Matisse), VAT reconciliations, and ZAG reporting.
- Build and implement transfer pricing processes.
- Co‑lead internal and external audits (financial, payroll tax, Bundesbank).
- Drive process improvements across accounting and controlling.
- Degree in business administration, finance, or similar.
- Strong professional experience in accounting or reporting, ideally in a comparable environment.
- Enjoy working on projects and solving complex problems.
- Strong analytical skills and high numerical proficiency.
- Excellent Excel skills and confident communication style.
- Structured, independent working approach; excellent English skills.
