• Conduct cross-functional analysis and summarize results into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making
• Support the annual financial planning process, including budget template creation and performance management structure development
• Prepare materials for month-end close, including Budget vs Actual reports and vendor spend analysis
• Generate and automate reporting materials for leadership and the board of directors
• Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement across the organization

• Minimum of 3 years of business experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Accounting, or Consulting; experience in a fast-growing tech company preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skill set with the ability to apply quantitative reasoning to business problems
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines with attention to detail

• High proficiency in Excel and GSuite
• Experience in B2C or Digital Health
• Familiarity with financial systems (e.g., Netsuite)
• Experience with SQL, Python, and/or Tableau
• Demonstrated experience implementing AI capabilities into financial workflows
