Seeking a dynamic finance strategy manager to lead key financial initiatives and drive strategic insights across the organization. This is a hands-on role that blends technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills—ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-growing environment.

You’ll be responsible for shaping the financial story behind the numbers, partnering across departments, and helping leadership make informed decisions that fuel growth.

• Lead business forecasting and financial planning initiatives
• Manage and support sales tax audits and compliance
• Oversee internal and external audit processes
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy
• Leverage data intelligence to craft a clear, actionable financial narrative
• Collaborate across all levels of the organization to align financial strategy with business goals

• Strong business acumen and strategic mindset
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (required)
• Prefer experience in accounting and finance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Requires experience in FP&A or prior work as a controller or assistant controller within a manufacturing, retail, or industrial environment. (required)
• Able to tell a story with data
• Proven ability to build relationships across departments and influence outcomes
• Experience with audits, forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management
• Comfortable working with ERP systems and learning new software quickly
• Highly self-aware, people-oriented, and driven to deliver impact
• Willing to work on-site; the ability to work from home occasionally is available, but it is earned and not given
