Tax Associate

The Tax Associate at Catalyst Family Office is an entry-level fulltime position and a critical member of a team of professionals providing a full range of tax services to clients. You will work broadly across the tax practice assisting in a variety of both strategic and tactical needs to ensure the timely completion of projects.

• Assist in preparing income tax returns and ensuring compliance with federal and state filing requirements.
• Track quarterly and annual income and expenses for accurate preparation of tax returns.
• Collaborate with team members in communicating tax accounting to colleagues in other departments of the firm.
• Maintain accurate tax work papers.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• 1 or more years full time experience in tax return preparation or accounting-related field.
• Strong attention to details.
• Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• A desire to contribute, learn, and grow at Catalyst Family Office.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.

• Primary office in Mountain View, CA. with partial remote work availability.

• The compensation range for this role is $70,000K/yr. – $130,000K/yr. Final compensation will be tailored to the candidate's unique combination of skills, professional experience, and qualifications, as well as geographic location.
