Company: Melanin Money Enterpises | Full-Time | Remote (US, ET preferred)

Compensation: $100,000–$110,000 + performance bonus

We're hiring a Tax Strategist to design advanced tax strategies for entrepreneurs, business owners, real estate investors, and high-income professionals.

This is a behind-the-scenes, high-impact role where you'll develop written tax plans and provide guidance that empowers our financial advisors to deliver outstanding results for clients. The position is full-time, remote, and open to US residents (ET preferred). Candidates must have 3+ years of advanced tax planning experience
; CPA or EA license strongly preferred.

• You bring deep expertise in tax strategy (business taxation, W2 optimization, real estate, retirement, and investments).
• You're confident in your knowledge but open-minded, always learning and adapting.
• You can distill complex tax law into clear, actionable guidance for advisors and clients.
• You thrive in an autonomous, evolving environment and follow through with accountability.
• You balance creativity with compliance, pushing boundaries while upholding integrity.
• You have 3+ years of advanced tax planning experience (CPA/EA preferred).

• Develop personalized tax strategies for entrepreneurs, business owners, investors, and high-income professionals.
• Identify advanced planning opportunities in areas such as entity structuring, retirement plans, real estate, charitable giving, and wealth transfer.
• Prepare client-ready tax plans with clear documentation and advisor-friendly explanations.
• Research and monitor tax law changes
