Position
Real Estate Financial Analyst – Remote, independent contract position, trained to develop AI models.
Benefits- Full‑time or part‑time remote position.
- Choose which projects you work on.
- Flexible schedule.
- Hourly pay $50–$60 USD plus bonuses for high‑quality work.
- Give AI chatbots diverse and complex problems and evaluate their outputs.
- Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance.
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual).
- Detail‑oriented.
- Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, data analysis and related reasoning.
- Master’s and/or PhD in progress or completed preferred but not required.
- Payment is made via Pay Pal.
