• Supervise and work closely with the Credit team on day-to-day activities to improve productivity and troubleshoot complex issues
• Provide ongoing training, support, and coaching to Credit personnel, including preparing performance evaluations
• Assist in performing sophisticated account reconciliations and resolving escalated customer account issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing disputes and support financial reporting needs
• Maintain and improve internal controls related to collections and dispute escalation processes

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant Collections experience
• Experience in mentoring, coaching, and providing functional leadership
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail

• Prior experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field
• Experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring team members
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
