• Lead the development of financial models in collaboration with business and finance teams
• Support end-to-end M&A transactions, including due diligence, valuation, and deal execution
• Manage interactions during the transaction process with internal teams, external advisors, and sellers/targets
• Develop and maintain a list of potential acquisition targets aligned with strategic growth priorities
• Assist in drafting Investment Memos for executives and the Board of Directors

• Undergraduate degree, preferably in business or finance
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, private equity, or corporate development
• Experience with M&A due diligence and deal execution
• Strong financial modeling skills and a solid understanding of financial statements
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport across the organization

• Prior experience in an education, media, or technology firm
• Strategic and analytical thinking with solid project management skills
• Self-starter with a strong attention to detail and focus on outcomes
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment
