STAFF ACCOUNTANT The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a Staff Accountant. Candidates with a passion for excellence, expertise in hospitality operations and proven leadership experience are invited to apply for a career with Four Seasons. As a member of the Finance team, the Staff Accountant works across disciplines to deliver an exceptional experience.  WHAT YOU’LL DO Perform general accounting and administrative duties for Operation’s Accounting Division, which include, but not limited to, the following:  
* Maintain harmonious and professional relationships with all departments and Home Office
* Supervise, train, and develop staff to thoroughly understand all of their duties and responsibilities
* Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and various bank and balance sheet reconciliations
* Prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements and statistical reports
* Perform ad hoc analysis as requested
* Maintain strict adherence to established internal controls and assist with internal and external audits
* Assist Director of Finance and Assistant Director of Finance as needed WHAT TO BRING
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong understanding of month-end close process including, but not limited to, preparation of financial statements, accruals and journal entries, and bank and balance sheet reconciliations
* Accounting, Finance, or Hospitality Management degree or equivalent training and three to five years of experience in a related position
