Accounting Manager

• Manages the month end close process, working in cooperation with the head corporate finance staff.
• Performs monthly variance and trend analysis, reports on actual versus budget variances and works with the Plant management team to identify and implement opportunities for cost savings, operating efficiencies, and best practices. Prepare various financial statements and reports, on a monthly basis as well as for ad hoc requests.
• Manage and prepare monthly analysis for all plant General Ledger accounts, ensuring timely follow up on any unusual or unexpected variances.
• Manages monthly forecasts, annual budget and annual 5 years strategic plans

• A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or its equivalent
• CPA certification or an equivalent qualification is preferred
• 5+ years of experience
• Familiarity with carve-out financial statements, business combination accounting, and revenue recognition is desirable.
• Familiarity of US GAAP and GAAS.
