EVM Analyst / Scheduler

This position can be remote or partly onsite at various locations across the country.

Responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, and presenting financial documentation and reports for the program and the customer.

The candidate should be able to establish and control work scope, budget, and schedule to support the development of the baseline and IMS.

Use MS Excel to run, analyze, and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports, providing analysis of the data.

Perform administrative and analytical duties supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the task order.

Utilize MS Excel to analyze, maintain, and reconcile financial records, cost accounting, charging, and funding issues.

Experience with data supporting internal reviews, corrective action plans, and reconciliation efforts is required.

Maintain all program documentation.

Prepare documentation in compliance with EVMS requirements and support related processes.

Collaborate closely with task order managers to ensure compliance.

Perform scheduling activities as required.

• HS Diploma (or GED) with 8 years of general experience;
  Associate’s degree with 6 years;
  Bachelor’s degree with 4 years;
  Master’s degree with 2 years.
• At least 5 years of directly related experience with financials and/or Earned Value Management.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Office.
• Must hold, or be able to obtain, an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.

• DCAA / DCMA experience.
• Experience with cost analysis or business/data analytics.
