This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Mortgage Marketing and Social Media Specialist based in Springfield, NJ, with some flexibility for remote work. The role involves creating, implementing, and managing marketing strategies specifically for mortgage services. Key responsibilities include managing social media platforms, developing and executing mortgage marketing campaigns, understanding and promoting mortgage lending products, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance client experiences.

• Experience in Mortgage Marketing, Mortgages, and Mortgage Lending
• Strong knowledge of Finance and the mortgage industry
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service
• Proficiency with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with NMLS and Equal Housing Lender guidelines is a plus
