Financial Analyst Specialist, Personal Lines FP&A - Remote

• Own monthly close activities for assigned Personal Lines cost centers, including variance analysis and performance insights
• Lead components of quarterly forecasts, annual operating plans, and multi-year outlooks for Personal Lines functions
• Prepare executive‑ready reporting that highlights financial performance and expected value of key initiatives
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate the financial impact of projects and investments
• Contribute to FP&A transformation efforts by enhancing planning tools and financial governance

• 6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a closely related role
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Strong foundation in operational expense management, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Proven ability to build and interpret financial models that support business decisions
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large, complex datasets

• Experience supporting Personal Lines insurance (Auto, Home, Specialty) or broader financial services
• Familiarity with project finance, investment evaluation, or initiative‑based financial modeling
• Exposure to portfolio management or large cross‑functional initiatives
• Experience contributing to FP&A modernization or transformation initiatives
• Demonstrates a strong ownership mindset and desire to grow into a senior FP&A partner
