WORK FROM HOME POSITION LEVEL: None - Work is unable to be completed remotely. A presence in office is required full time.
RoleUsing our Unsurpassed Service Factors to promptly and accurately process members financial transactions. Provide leadership, coaching and supervision to the support staff in the branch as needed.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities- 30% Schedule, train, coach, and monitor the work and activities of the teller line. Is the lead teller and is first point of contact for the other staff. Ensures compliance of regulations and security of program at all times, coordinates teller activities. Responds to members requests, problems and complaints, and/or directs members to the proper person for specifiic information and assistance.
- 25% Receives and processes member financial transactions, including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, money orders, travelers checks, transfers, etc. as directed. Processes closed accounts. Opens new accounts and services for existing accounts.
- 20% Accurately maintains and balances cash drawer and daily transactions, ATM's, vault, cash dispatch machines, maintains member records, etc.
- 10% Collaborate and assist with other department/branches to maintain unsurpassed service across all areas of the credit union
- 10% Promotes a sales culture by effectively cross selling credit union products and services to meet each members needs.
- 5% Proactively performs other duties as needed or assigned.
Experience: Up to six months of similar or related experience
Education: A high school education or GED.

Courtesy, communication, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization, generally regarding routine matters for purposes of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion.
Other
Skills:
Must have good communication skills; ability to multi-task, operate 10 key calculator and computer keyboard skills.
Physical Requirements: Some lifting required (up to 30 pounds), continuous sitting, occasional standing and occasional walking. Finger dexterity while using computer. Occasional talking and hearing in person and on the telephone. Continuous clarity of vision at 20 inches or less and continuous clarity of vision at 20 feet or more.
Work Environment: Normal workday with occasional overtime. Exposed to potentially hazardous condition, i.e., robbery. Travel to other Rogue Credit Union regions may be required.
