What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the monthly forecast cycle and present insights to Finance leadership
- Drive consolidated planning processes and maintain integrated financial models
- Develop executive-level reporting, including dashboards and management packages
- Improve and automate existing reporting processes using tools like Pigment and Looker
- Partner with accounting during close cycles to ensure accuracy in financial reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience managing budgets and forecasting independently
- 5+ years of experience in Corporate FP&A, preferably in a high-growth environment
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, such as Finance, Statistics, Economics, or Business
- Deep experience using planning tools (Pigment, Adaptive, etc.) is required
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Netsuite and Workday
- Previous involvement with month-end close and a strong understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced spreadsheet skills (including VBA, array functions, Power Pivots)
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
- Ability to create compelling visualizations and presentations
