• Deliver live, on-site training sessions to tax professionals at conferences, seminars, and client offices
• Develop and review course content for various tax offerings and training programs
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts to create impactful learning products
• Conduct webinar training on various technical taxation topics
• Travel to seminar sites, with travel typically ranging from 40 to 60 days per year

• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred
• CPA or equivalent certification with substantial tax experience
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in an accounting firm at a senior or managerial level
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Ability to meet internal and customer deadlines while working remotely

• Teaching experience and/or technical writing experience
• Solid writing skills related to tax topics
• Self-starter with discipline to work effectively in a virtual team environment
