Payroll Manager

Pay range: $85,000-$95,000

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to own and continually improve our end‑to‑end payroll operations.

• Manage the end‑to‑end bi‑weekly and semi‑monthly payroll process for all employees.
• Oversee the accuracy and upkeep of employee payroll records.
• Monitor and comply with all federal, state, and local payroll tax obligations, including the preparation and submission of required tax filings.
• Compile, track, and maintain prevailing wage documentation.
• Work cross‑functionally with Human Resources and Accounting to ensure payroll, benefit deductions, and reconciliations are accurate and aligned.
• Provide clear, professional support to field and office staff regarding payroll‑related inquiries and concerns.
• Research and correct payroll variances promptly to minimize impact and ensure resolution.
• Participate in internal and external audits, year‑end close activities, and other special payroll initiatives.
• Evaluate payroll work.

• Five or more years of experience overseeing payroll operations.
• In‑depth knowledge of payroll compliance, including tax laws and reporting requirements.
• Hands‑on experience with prevailing wage reporting standards and multistate requirements.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Paycom experience preferred.
