Financial Services Representative
Have a passion for helping people? Join our team as a Financial Services Representative where you’ll have dedicated time to focus on growth and career development while supporting customers on inbound calls and preparing to be the face of Fidelity in our Investor Centers. You will receive paid training to help you obtain your Series 7 & 66 licenses, personalized support, career guidance, and celebration of achievements, while building skills and experiences.
During onboarding, you will support customers over the phone—answering questions about account balances, making withdrawals, transferring funds, identifying resources, and placing trades—working from home with one day per week in an Investor Center. Upon completion of onboarding, you will work full‑time in an Investor Center.
- Obtain Licenses:
Become a FINRA Registered Representative by studying for and obtaining the SIE, Series 7 Top Off and Series 66 licenses, fully paid and sponsored by Fidelity. This includes paid on‑the‑job study time 4 days a week, support from licensing coaches, group and individualized study plans, and review classes. Successful completion of all exams is required. - Build and Solidify
Skills:
Continue to work 4 days a week from home and one day a week in an Investor Center, supporting customers with increasing complexity to develop and hone your skills. Dedicated time each week is provided to develop new skills and network with colleagues through online classes and more. Once training is completed, transition to full‑time onsite work in an Investor Center;
depending on business need, additional remote work may occur. - Discover Success:

Most roles at Fidelity are hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, Monday–Friday) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully onsite roles.
