This is a full-time hybrid role for a Loan Officer based in Delray Beach, FL, with opportunities for partial remote work. The Loan Officer will be responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage process, including assessing loan applications, evaluating financial data, and recommending suitable loan options. Day-to-day responsibilities include building relationships with clients, facilitating loan origination, coordinating underwriting processes, and ensuring a positive customer experience while adhering to lending regulations and company policies.

• Proven experience as a Loan Officer with knowledge of Loan Origination and underwriting practices
• Background in Finance and expertise in financial analysis related to loans
• Strong Customer Service skills with a commitment to client satisfaction
• Familiarity with mortgage products and industry compliance regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
• State mortgage loan originator license (as required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus
