Branch Office Administrators (BOAs) team up with financial advisors to help clients achieve their long‑term financial goals. The BOA provides administrative support to one or multiple financial advisors, ensuring smooth client account management, effective communication, and a positive client experience.

Role Summary

As a BOA, you’ll be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients and advisors. You’ll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience.

Compensation

Hiring Minimum: $28.35 Hiring Maximum: $30.69

Edward Jones offers a human‑centered approach with discretionary and variable compensation programs, including bonus opportunities based on branch and firm profitability, along with individual performance.

Role Requirements
  • Client Service:
    Provide exceptional service via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members.
  • Account Management:
    Learn and understand the financial services industry. Include account opening, handling account transfers and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor. Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
  • Administrative & Operational Support:
    Work independently at the direction of the financial advisor. Handle various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence, and supporting marketing initiatives. Streamline processes, update SOPs, and strategically execute on the branch business plan.
  • Technology:
    Strong computer literacy with willingness to learn new technology and programs such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office products, and other firm‑provided software.
