The Financial IS Systems Manager is responsible for the administration, organization, integration strategic support of Benesch's financial systems, with the primary responsibility for the Aderant Expert financial system. This position leads the planning, implementation and maintenance of all Financial technology, workflow automation solutions and the financial data that are critical to Benesch's operations and acts as a liaison between Finance and the Technology team.

Able to maintain strict confidentiality of the Firm's internal and personnel affairs and client information.

Proven ability to build relationships and foster a collaborative approach to working with internal clients across practice groups and with management.

Must be proactive and deliver high quality work.

Able to anticipate problems and issues and exercise independent judgment to make sound, justifiable decisions and take action in solving problems while knowing when and to whom to escalates issues.

Foster an environment of continuous improvement.

The Financial IS Systems Manager will hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance or Systems, bringing 7–10 years of experience in financial analysis with demonstrated expertise in data analysis and progressive responsibility in related roles.
