About the RoleLHH is seeking a detail‑oriented and forward‑thinking Senior Tax Analyst – Global to join our client's team. In this role, you’ll support tax compliance, global reporting, and strategic initiatives across multiple jurisdictions. You will collaborate with cross‑functional partners, contribute to process improvements, and ensure accurate, timely execution of global tax responsibilities.
This hybrid position is based in Lake County, Ohio, offering the flexibility of remote work while maintaining meaningful onsite collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review U.S. federal, state, and international tax filings
, ensuring compliance with regulatory deadlines. - Support global income tax provision calculations, including quarterly and annual reporting.
- Analyze global tax positions, legislative changes, and emerging issues impacting the business.
- Assist in transfer pricing documentation, intercompany transactions, and related compliance requirements.
- Participate in global tax planning initiatives, modeling, and risk assessments.
- Work closely with Finance, Accounting, and external advisors to streamline tax processes and improve data accuracy.
- Maintain and enhance internal documentation, process controls, and audit support materials.
- Identify opportunities for automation, improved efficiency, and enhanced reporting accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field required
. - Minimum 4 years of corporate tax experience
; exposure to global tax environments strongly preferred. - Strong understanding of federal, state, and international tax principles.
- Experience with tax technology platforms is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong ability to interpret complex tax rules.
- Effective communicator with the ability to partner cross‑functionally and present findings clearly.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment while managing multiple priorities.
