Senior Payroll Specialist

• Process regular and off-cycle payroll for US and Canada, ensuring timely payments to employees
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and government regulations regarding payroll transactions
• Provide backup support to team members and participate in knowledge sharing
• Maintain and improve process documentation for efficiency and optimization
• Collaborate with other departments on payroll-related projects and initiatives

• University degree in finance, accounting, management, or equivalent professional payroll training
• Minimum of 2 years of payroll processing experience
• Understanding of payroll tax laws and regulations across various jurisdictions
• Competence in auditing payroll records for accuracy and compliance
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and strong communication skills

• Experience with process improvement methodologies
• Experience with payroll software implementations
• Familiarity with UKG or ADP payroll software
