About the Role

We’re hiring a Finance Reporting Analyst to join our FP&A team in a newly created role focused on strengthening and scaling how we deliver reporting and insights across the business. Reporting to the VP of Finance, FP&A, you’ll help build repeatable, executive‑ready reporting across headcount, ROI, and efficiency metrics, translating complex financial results into clear, decision‑useful insights.

This role is designed for someone who enjoys building. We’ve made meaningful progress standardizing reporting, and you’ll take what’s already in motion, improve it, and use automation and AI (Copilot, ChatGPT/Claude, and other tools) to reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and shorten FP&A reporting timelines. As you grow into the role, you’ll also have opportunities to support external reporting needs (including lender reporting) and contribute to leadership and Board‑ready deliverables.

This position can be remote (Eastern Time Zone), with hybrid in the DC area as a plus.

What You’ll Do
  • Financial Reporting & Analytics
    • Own monthly financial reporting processes and standard reporting cadence
    • Produce monthly financial and operational KPI packages for leadership
    • Enhance transparency and accessibility of reporting through continuous process improvements
    • Develop and maintain headcount, ROI, and efficiency reporting across the organization
  • Systems & Tools
    • Serve as the Net Suite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB) subject matter expert, including monthly rollovers and hierarchy maintenance
    • Lead reporting and dashboard development, including publishing and security management
    • Leverage automation, AI, and scalable tools to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy
  • FP&A Partnership
    • Support monthly forecasting and variance analysis
    • Contribute to annual and long‑range planning, including building budget templates and reporting packages
    • Prepare executive‑ready presentations and analysis for the VP of Finance, CFO, and Board of Directors
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • 1–3+ years of experience in Finance or Operations, ideally within a contract‑based revenue recognition model
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field
  • Experience with financial planning tools like Net Suite and NSPB
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power Point
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Ability to work without sponsorship
  • Availability to work aligned with Eastern Time Zone
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a technology or SaaS organization
  • Direct experience with Net Suite and Net Suite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB)
  • Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Experience supporting reporting in a growth‑focused environment
  • Proficiency leveraging AI and automation tools to streamline repeatable reporting processes
  • MBA or Master’s degree in a related field
Pay Transparency
