Client Finance Analyst

• Assist with monthly project accounting efforts, including taking notes from status meetings and updating financial trackers
• Set up new projects in time & expense systems and verify contract discrepancies
• Prepare client invoicing based on contracts and follow up on past due invoices
• Track project costs against contracted amounts and assist with employee and subcontractor billing
• Support the preparation of monthly client accruals and assist with annual audit documentation

• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in accounting, finance, or business
• 0-2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

• Experience in Agency or Professional Services
• Familiarity with month-end close processes
• Knowledge of revenue recognition principles
• Background in project accounting
• Client-facing experience
