About This Role

We are seeking an Associate Advisor/Wealth Analyst to join our Solida Financial Team in the South Park area of Charlotte, NC. Our independent RIA Team specializes and focuses on:

  • Retirement planning for pre-retirees, executives, and professionals.
  • 401(k) plan consulting for small to medium sized businesses, their executives, and employees.

We are adding to our boutique, high‑caliber team. This is a role for someone who wants to grow with a firm and ultimately become part of the company leadership, not spin off to start their own shop.

If you are currently in an associate advisor, financial planner, paraplanner, or CSA role, and you feel overlooked or stuck this opportunity might be for you. We are looking for the right teammate who wants more responsibility, client exposure, and a long‑term home.

What You’ll Focus On (the first 1–2 years)
  • Support and progressively lead ALL client communications and meetings for pre‑retirees, professionals, and 401(k) plan sponsors.
  • Help build retirement income plans, investment strategies, and 401(k) plan reviews.
  • Own the follow‑up and follow-through of ALL client activities: meeting prep, notes, implementation with custodians/recordkeepers, and ongoing client communication.
  • Contribute to client education via emails, webinars, and presentations as we continue to grow.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

    2+ years of industry experience, appropriate FINRA and State licensing (Series 7, 63, 66)
Who this is not for
  • Someone whose primary goal is to build an independent or solo practice. This is not a place to build your own separate brand. We are building a Team with an aligned focus on every client.
  • Someone looking for a pure business development role or fully remote work arrangement. This is currently not going to be a fit here. We will expect you to naturally cultivate leads, connections, and opportunities, but your primary focus will be what we have described above.
