Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Residential Mortgage Loan Officer located in TX, AZ, CO, NM, OK, AR, TN, or AL. This hybrid role allows work from home flexibility. The Residential Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for evaluating, authorizing, or recommending loan applications for mortgage lending. The role involves working closely with underwriters, processing customer applications, maintaining customer service standards, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Qualifications- Experience in the Mortgage Industry is required & experience with Encompass & Optimal Blue is a plus
- Proficiency in Underwriting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience with financial regulations and compliance is a plus
