• Interpret and analyze company financial statements and disclosures
• Cross-reference narrative sections (e.g., Management Discussion) with quantitative data
• Calculate key financial metrics such as YoY revenue growth
• Identify and explain the primary drivers of financial performance
• Deliver concise written analyses aligned with AI training goals

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, equity research, or consulting
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and accounting principles
• Expertise in interpreting 10-K / 10-Q filings and MD&A sections
• Excellent analytical and written communication skills
• Comfort working independently with minimal guidance
