- 8+ years of related experience in the financial services industry
- 1+ years of stable value experience
Ability to analyze and comprehend complex information - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- A certified ASA, FSA, or CFA with experience in ALM and investment risk analytics
- 4+ years of stable value experience
- 1+ year of synthetic GIC product, contract, and risk experience
- Knowledgeable in aspects of stable value or Insurance Company General Account products
- Demonstrated leadership and initiative in managing key projects
