The roleCryptio is hiring a Head of Lending to lead our Loan Management System (LMS) and build our emerging Digital Credit Network. This is a senior, high-impact role at the intersection of institutional credit, financial infrastructure, and digital assets. You will own the strategy, product direction, and commercial success of our lending vertical; shaping how financial institutions and crypto enterprises manage collateralised lending, structured credit, and digital asset financing.
You will work cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, and Revenue, while engaging directly with senior leaders at financial institutions and crypto-native firms.
What You’ll Do- Own the vision, roadmap, and commercial performance of Cryptio’s Loan Management System
- Define high-value institutional lending use cases across crypto-backed loans, margin financing, structured credit, and treasury financing
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to design institutional-grade credit infrastructure with strong controls and scalability
- Act as Cryptio’s senior subject‑matter expert on credit and lending in enterprise sales cycles and executive conversations
- Build relationships with lenders, custodians, asset managers, prime brokers, and credit funds
- Contribute to the design and launch of Cryptio’s Digital Credit Network, including risk frameworks and participation models
- Embed strong credit and risk thinking into product design, including collateral management, LTVs, lifecycle events, and reporting
- Represent Cryptio externally in conversations around institutional digital asset lending
- Own one of Cryptio’s most strategic growth initiatives
- Build infrastructure at the core of institutional digital asset credit markets
- Work directly with top-tier financial institutions and crypto-native leaders
- High ownership, high visibility, and meaningful equity upside
- 10+ years of experience in credit, lending, or capital markets (institutional lending, structured credit, prime brokerage, or balance‑sheet financing)
- Direct exposure to crypto lending or digital asset financing
- Strong understanding of collateral mechanics, margining, credit risk, and institutional reporting
- Comfortable operating between traditional finance standards and crypto‑native innovation
- Executive presence with the ability to engage senior stakeholders, risk teams, and regulators
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale a new vertical
