This is a full-time Hybrid role (In Office preferred) for a Loan Officer based in Lake Worth, FL, with the flexibility of occasional work-from-home. The Loan Officer will work with clients to guide them through the loan process, assess their financial needs, and present customized lending solutions. Daily tasks include assisting with loan origination, evaluating applications for underwriting, providing top-tier customer service, and maintaining strong client relationships.

The Loan Officer will collaborate with team members and partners to ensure efficient and timely processing of loans.

• Experience in Loan Origination and working as a Loan Officer
• Proficiency in Finance and a solid understanding of loan underwriting processes
• Strong Customer Service skills for building and maintaining client relationships
• Knowledge of the mortgage and lending industry, including HECM solutions, is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting with hybrid work flexibility
• Relevant professional licensing and certifications as required
