Senior Accountant

I am seeking a Senior Accountant to join an expanding finance team with a high-growth, private equity-backed real estate company. This organization is actively scaling through acquisitions and operational improvements. This is a primarily remote position (Central Time preferred) with optional in-person collaboration in Nashville, TN.

• Own general ledger reconciliations across multiple entities
• Assist with preparation of monthly financial statements
• Perform variance analysis and provide supporting schedules
• Track capital expenditures and project-related spend
• Support integration of newly acquired entities
• Support audits, tax preparation, lender reporting, and compliance requirements
• Ensure adherence to GAAP and internal accounting policies

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2-4 years of accounting experience
• Strong hands-on general ledger ownership and multi-entity experience
• Experience supporting system implementations or migrations is a plus
• Strong communication skills and demonstrated intellectual curiosity
