We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Revenue Recovery Specialist II /Revenue Recovery/Billing Compliance Specialist to support our utility operations. The ideal candidate will manage dunning, billing compliance, and account corrections while coordinating with field staff to ensure timely collections and financial accuracy.
Key Responsibilities- Manage billing, dunning, and disconnection processes in compliance with regulatory rules.
- Analyze customer financial behavior and resolve account issues (billing errors, fraud, theft, transfers).
- Support revenue recovery initiatives and projects to minimize uncollectible accounts.
- Coordinate with field staff and other departments for order follow-ups and account adjustments.
- Identify process/system issues and recommend corrective actions to maintain financial health.
- Minimum 3-7 years in billing/collections.
- Strong knowledge of dunning, disconnection, and revenue recovery processes.
- Proficient in billing systems (CIS, SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel.
- Financial literacy and analytical skills.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Team player willing to cross-train across revenue recovery processes.
