To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:- Based in the USA - Remote position – some periodic travel
- 10+ years background in financial planning & analysis, accounting and data.
- Strong background in Ophthalmology or Retina preferred
- Oversee the full financial planning and analysis for 10+ clinics and growing
- Develop and mentor a controller and some billing/RCM specialists
- Implement and support the 5 year financial planning framework and managing revenues of $50M+
