Specializing in business loans and offering development services such as technical assistance and training, WFP focuses on fostering economic growth in underserved areas, including the Lac du Flambeau, Sokaogon Chippewa (Mole Lake), and Menominee Reservations.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Loan Officer based in Gresham, WI, with opportunities to work partially from home. Responsibilities include underwriting and processing loan applications, originating and managing loan portfolios, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. The Senior Loan Officer will also collaborate with other departments to develop financial solutions, support borrowers through the loan process, and maintain compliance with lending policies and guidelines.
Qualifications- Proficiency in loan origination and experience working as a Loan Officer
- Strong background in Finance and expertise in underwriting practices
- Excellent Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach
- Knowledge of or experience working with Native American communities is a plus
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting, balancing in-office and remote work as required
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
