Controller, Finance & Banking, Financial Manager

As our Controller, you’ll be the financial backbone of the organization—driving clarity, compliance, and continuous improvement while working closely with the CFO.

• Lead the month‑end close process and ensure accurate reconciliations and journal entries
• Oversee financial statement preparation, trend analysis, and management reporting
• Supervise and mentor the GL, AR, and AP teams (2 direct reports and 2 indirect reports)
• Build and enforce strong internal controls and efficient processes
• Ensure full GAAP compliance
• Manage annual audit and tax engagements
• Own budget vs. actual reporting, forecasting insights, and ad‑hoc analysis
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and investor presentation development
• Oversee ERP/accounting system operations and upgrades
• Develop, coach, and grow the accounting team

• CPA required
• 5 – 7+years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership
• Manufacturing or inventory experience required
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Advanced Excel and Access expertise
• Proven leadership and team development strengths
