Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Billing Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $52,000 to $80,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate and issue accurate invoices to clients.
- Reconcile billing accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare regular billing reports for management review.
- Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries and disputes.
- Maintain and update billing records and databases.
- Ensure billing practices comply with company policies and regulations.
- Identify and implement improvements to billing processes.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
- Assist in the implementation and testing of new billing systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in E-Billing and Legal experience ideally, accounts receivable, or a related financial role.
- Experience with billing software and financial systems is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Familiarity with billing software's.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High ethical standards and integrity in handling financial information.
