Revenue Operations Senior Analyst

• Oversee the sales to payment process for customers and ensure accuracy of incoming payments and accounts receivable
• Partner with Sales and Philanthropy teams to create, update, and manage customer invoices
• Manage customer collections and serve as the primary contact for billing and payment inquiries
• Prepare and record cash-related accruals for processed transactions
• Monitor payment processors and resolve processing, settlement, or reconciliation issues

• More than 3 years of experience in managing revenue data and Accounts Receivable
• Working knowledge of Excel functions and ability to process large data sets
• Over 3 years of experience in CRM and overseeing multiple payment processors
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• High level of ethics, integrity, transparency, and trustworthiness

• More than 3 years of experience managing nonprofit revenue data
• Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce), ERP (Sage Intacct), and various payment processors (Stripe, Pay Pal, Go Fund Me  Classy)
• Willingness to commute to the Mountain View office once a week
