As we continue to grow, we are on the lookout for a Partner to guide our CFO Advisory Finance Transformation Practice. Experience in service line, regional, market, or industry leadership is beneficial. The location is flexible.

In this prominent role, reporting to the CFO Advisory Leader, you will be pivotal in enhancing our advisory services concentrated on finance transformation, operational efficiency, and strategic financial planning. This position is tailored for an experienced advisor with a profound understanding of the CFO landscape within mid-sized firms.

• Capability Leadership: Lead the expansion of the CFO Finance Transformation Advisory practice by formulating strategic directions and comprehensive solutions that address People, Process, Technology, and Data needs.
• Client Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with CFOs and other C-suite executives, serving as their trusted partner to help navigate intricate financial, technological, and operational challenges.
• Business Development: Identify new business prospects, utilizing industry networks to expand our client base and drive revenue growth. Foster internal and external relationships.
• Thought Leadership: Act as a thought leader in finance and technology transformation, contributing to industry literature, speaking at events, and enhancing the firm’s visibility.
• Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing consulting team, nurturing a culture of excellence, collaboration, and perpetual learning.
• Project Oversight: Manage project delivery to ensure top-notch results that surpass client expectations, effectively allocating resources and ensuring profitability.

• A minimum of 10+ years in finance and technology leadership, ideally in an accounting or management consulting setting.
• A proven history of building and leading a consulting practice or capability, with demonstrable success in business engagement and development.
• Deep expertise in financial strategy, technology strategy, risk management, performance enhancement, forecasting, and finance transformation.
• Exceptional leadership and people management capabilities, with a knack for inspiring and developing talent.
• CFO advisory experience with fast-growing firms generating $50m-$250m in revenue.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• An advanced degree in accounting, finance, business administration, technology, engineering, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
