Sr. Analyst, Financial

• Prepare, analyze, review, and distribute participation profit share and distribution statements according to contractual agreements
• Compile, analyze, and review transactional data to support statement reporting
• Interpret and summarize artist and label contracts, creating related statements and financial schedules
• Review profitability analysis, identify variances and trends, and perform reconciliations
• Build and maintain strong working relationships across the company, responding to requests from internal and external partners

• BA/BS degree required, preferably in accounting or finance-related fields
• 3-5 years of experience working in a related capacity
• Financial statement preparation background
• Sophisticated proficiency with MS Excel, working with large data sets and complex calculations
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail

• Experience in the Entertainment, Media, or Music Industry, particularly in Participations/Royalties
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Technical working expertise with SAP S4 Hana, SAP Analysis for Office, BI, Share Point
• Experience working remotely in a Shared Services environment
• Continuous improvement mindset with a proactive approach to process transformation
