• Lead and mentor the Payroll team, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing
• Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding payroll matters
• Stay updated on international payroll laws and ensure compliance with regulations

• Extensive experience in regional or global payroll operations
• Strong understanding of global payroll best practices and regulations
• Proficiency in software tools such as SAP and Excel/Google Sheets
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

• Experience working remotely is considered a plus
• Passion for productivity and continuous improvement in work processes
