Family Office CFO

Family Office CFO opening for a $5B+ AUM Multi Family Office and Investment Manager. This role will require full relocation to South Carolina.

Base - $250,000 to $275,000

Bonus - 20% to 40%

Commensurate with experience

• Oversee, review and approve fund financial statements, capital account statements, and LP/investor reports for consistency with LPAs, offering documents, and fee and expense terms.
• Serve as the main contact with third-party fund administrators for private funds and other vehicles, reviewing capital statements, NAVs, LP allocations, and waterfall calculations.
• Oversee calculation and billing of management fees, performance fees/carried interest, and expense reimbursements between funds and the management company.

• Located within NYC (3/4 days per week), this person will also be required to move to South Carolina within a 6 to 12 month period of time
