• Manage and coordinate the budget for the Preferred Communities program, ensuring data consistency across reporting modules
• Process client payments from initiation to disbursement while ensuring compliance with budget constraints
• Develop and enhance expenditure tracking tools to manage revenue and costs effectively
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely processing of payments and budget adherence
• Assist in budget development and financial reporting for the Program for Initial Resettlement

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business; advanced degree or CPA/CFA/ACCA is a plus
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing budgets and spending in the refugee resettlement field
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and proficiency in MS Office applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Experience with cloud-based planning tools, Power BI, and ERP systems
• Multi-cultural sensitivity and experience working in diverse teams
• Aptitude for ongoing learning and adapting to changes in processes
